Moving on to Different Supplements

Okay, I realize that this is a lot all at once but here goes.

Well, I have tried the Ultra Enzyme and the Wonderzyme and the Salmana.  Granted at this point I don't think I took any of them long enough to do the trick alone.  Maybe a combination would be more effective.  I don't know.

But, for me the next step on the trail is that I am trying a different combination.  Today I started on Ultra Enzyme, because I did get relief from some digestive issues with bloating and belching that I really wasn't even aware were so persistent until they disappeared while I was taking the Ultra Enzyme and Wonderzyme before.  To this I am adding Fat Eliminator, CLA, Cortisol Balance and Power Loss.

When I got everything and was looking at what was in each supplement I noticed that the Power Loss is really just a combination of the CLA and Ultra Enzyme, so I probably don't really need it, but I have it so I think I will go ahead and use it.

This combination is really promising because after just 2 doses of them I am not experiencing my normal level of hunger feelings, nor am I having any cravings for sugar or carbs.  I am hoping that this lack of cravings will continue and that I am on the right track.

I know that the Cortisol is a big piece from all of the research that I have done.  I know that the digestive enzymes do help my digestion.  The CLA has been shown to be highly effective in weight loss and conversion of fat to lean muscle mass.  It is also good for improving insulin sensitivity.

Once again, I will let you know how this works.

Talking with Rebecca About Ultra Enzyme and Wonderzyme

I had a couple of questions about how Rebecca took the Wonderzyme and Ultra Enzyme.  So I emailed and asked her my questions.  A couple of days later I got my answers that I want to share here.

My questions were How long had she been taking the Wonderzyme and Ultra Enzyme before she went on vacation and bumped up her dosage.  Rebecca relayed that she had been taking them for about 2 months before she went on vacation.  The reason that I was wondering in the first place was how much healing had occured before she increased her dosage.  If she was taking them for 2 months that is plenty of time for the digestive track to have normalized again and then when she increased the dosage her body was able to process things more effectively.  I don't have any way to prove this happened but I think it is a pretty good guess.

So, my trial dosage of 2 weeks was probably not long enough to get the level of healing necessary to initiate the weight loss that I am looking for.

Let me know what you think.  How long did YOU take them before deciding that it wasn't going to work for you.  It would be interesting if someone wanted to do an experiement with EFT and tapping on These products won't work for me....while continueing to take them and see how long it takes for the weight loss to start happening.

New Sun Salmana

Hello everyone, I took the Salmana for about 2-3 weeks and didn't really have any luck with that one either.  Maybe it needs to be for a longer period of time.

The Potbelly Syndrome by Russell Farris and Per Marin, M.D., Ph.D.

I want to tell you all about a book I came across called "The Potbelly Syndrome-How Common Germs Cause Obesity, Diabetes, and Heart Disease" written by Russell Farris and Per Marin, M.D., Ph.D.

ISBN-13: 978-1-59120-058-1         ISBN-10:  1-59120-058-X

What this book is about:

Potbelly syndrome (PBS) is a metabolic disorder that affects about 1/3 of teh adults in industrialized countries.  Its most important symptoms are abdominal obesity, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes.  Contrary to popular belief, these conditions are caused by chronic infections, NOT bad habits.

PBS is initiated by a small, long-term excess of the stress hormone cortisol.  The extra cortisol stimulates our appetite and slows down our metabolism.  It makes fat accumulate in places where it isn't wanted or needed.  Most of the fat settles around our waists, but some of it settles in our liver and muscles.  Liver and muscle cells aren't supposed to store fat, and the fat prevents them from working correctly.  As a result, we feel tired and hungry much of the time.  As our potbellies grow and our PBS gets worse, our blood pressure, cholesterol, insulin, and blood sugar levels rise.

Most of the excess cortisol is produced in response to mild, chronic infections.  Some of the germs that cause PBS also produce sores in our arteries.  When the sores are large enough, they can block arteries and cause heart attacks.  The Potbelly Syndrome explains how to diagnose and treat sosme of the germs that cause PBS and heart disease.

If you have done everything you were supposed to do and still gained weight, became diabetic, or had a heart attack, or if you are a medical professional who suspects that there are serious gaps in the current understanding of obesity, diabetes, and heart disease, The Potbelly Syndrome will provide you with the answers you need to bring about better health.

About the Authors:  Russell Farris is a retired artificial-intelligence researcher who spent most of his life solving problems for the U.S. Navy.  After suffering a heart attack in 1998, he began to apply his problem-solving skills to the study of heart disease and related illnesses.

Per Marin, M.D., Ph.D., is a distinguished scientist, physician, and clinical teacher from Sweden.  He has been writing about obesity since 1985, and many of his eighty-two publications deal with the effects of cortisol on weight and health.

Price:  U.S.  $17.95  You can find it at all the major book sites, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Borders.

This has been taken from the back cover of the book.  As the days go by I will continue to talk about this book and the websites associated with it.  If you are over-eager and can't wait for me, google the author and you will find them.

Wonderzyme and Ultrazyme

Hello everyone!  I recently began investigating New Sun Health Products.  Rebecca Marina has given glowing testimonials for the Wonderzyme and Ultrazyme products.  So, I tried them.  I took both of them for a period of 2 weeks very consistently.  Unfortunately, I didn't experience the wonderful results that Rebecca has been shouting from the rooftops for the past few months with her now famous story of the "Orange Pants".  I was sadly disappointed with my results.

BUT, not giving up in my quest, I am now taking Salmana for the next two weeks.  Although it has only been a couple of days now, it seems as though I am less hungry and when I do eat, I am eating less at each meal.  So I am hoping that the Salmana will work for me.  Only time will tell.  Stay tuned for the continuing saga of the "Blue Jeans"  (I don't have a pair of orange pants....)

If you have a story about taking any of these products please let me know.  I am very interested in these products for helping with weight loss.
